Manager (Administration): Post: 01 (GEN); Educational Qualifications: i) IInd class Graduate of a recognised university and Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Industrial  relations/ Social works, Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or MSW (PM & IR) or MA(PMIR) ii) Must have 10 years experience, out of which 3 years as Asstt. Manager or equivalent position in Personnel/Administration Department, dealing with HR/ Establishment, recruitment and allied matters in Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous bodies or Statutory Bodies; Desirable: Degree in Law from recognized university; Pay scale: 20600-46500 (IDA); Max Age: 40 Years.
Manager (Production): Post: 01 (PH) (Direct recruitment); Educational Qualifications: i) Master’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture from recognised university with specialization in Agricultural Botany or Plant Breeding and Genetics or agronomy or Seed Technology or Horticulture, Floriculture/Vegetable or Plant Pathology or Entomology or Nematology or Plant Physiology or agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics; Desirable: Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics; Pay scale: 20600-46500 (IDA); Max Age: 40 Years.
Marketing Assistant: Post: 03 (GEN) (Direct Recruitment); Educational Qualifications:  i) Graduate from any recognised university; Experience: ii) Atleast 5 years experience in Marketing in Govt. Deptt./PSU/reputed private companies Preference will be given to persons having knowledge of Window Basic, MS-Office, internet etc.; Pay scale: Rs.9600-27000 (IDA); Max Age: 35 years
