• Dy. General Manager (Submarine - Hull): Post: 01 (GEN); Educational Qualification: A Graduate in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with experience in Submarine hull / equipment refit is desirable. Rank in Indian Navy: Commanders with 4 years or more seniority or Captain (TS). He should have adequate experience in Hull operations/ maintenance of EKM Class Submarines; Max Age: 48 years; Pay Scale: Rs.36,600-62,000/-.
• Manager (Electrical): Post: 01 (OBC); Educational Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University. 12 Years post qualification experience out of which 4 years in the immediate lower grade in Shipyard/ large Industrial organization. Must be conversant with on board electrical Systems in ships and possess good knowledge in understanding electrical drawings. Working knowledge of computer applications with relevant software like Tribon, CAD/CAM etc., will be an added advantage; Max Age: 45 years; Pay Scale: Rs.29100 – 54,500/-.
• Deputy Manager (Planning): Post: 01 (GEN); Educational Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from any recognized University. 9 Years post qualification experience out of which 3 years in the immediate lower grade in Production Planning Department of Ship building or similar organization. Candidates with in-depth experience in ship-building / ship repairs and naval vessels and those with knowledge of on-line monitoring systems related to Planning, Scheduling & Control will be preferred; Max Age: 40 years; Pay Scale: Rs.24,900 –50,500/-.
• Management Trainees (TECH): Posts: 03 (OH-01; HH-02); Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 50% of marks in the aggregate of all years/ semesters in the disciplines of ECE / Naval Architecture/ Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering; Age: 30 years as on 01.07.2010; Pay Scale: Rs.16,400 – 40,500/-.
