The Institute invites applications from talented and motivated candidates to work in the challenging area of Ocean Technology against the following Regular/Project posts:

Scientist – C: Post No.: 01 Post: 03, Pay Band: PB-3–Rs.15,600–39,100 + 6600

1. Electrical & Electronics Engineering: Post: 01; Post Code: SC – EE; Educational Qualification: First class B.E./ B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (OR) Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - First class M.E. / M.Tech.
2. Computer Science/Information Technology: Post: 01; Post Code: SC – CS; Educational Qualification: First class B.E./ B.Tech. / M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology / MCA (OR) Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology - First class M.E. / M.Tech.
3. Mechanical Engineering: Post: 01; Post Code: SC – ME; Educational Qualification: First class B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (OR) Graduate in Mechanical Engineering - First class M.E./ M.Tech.

Scientist – B: Post No.: 02 Post: 01, Pay Band: PB-3–Rs.15,600–39,100 + 5400

1. Mechanical Engineering: Post Code: SB – ME; Educational Qualification: First class B.E./ B.Tech. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Candidate with M.E./ M.Tech./ Ph.D. in Science will be preferred.

Skilled Technical Staff: Post No.: 03 Post: 02, Post Code : SkT; Educational Qualification: ITI Tradesman course – (Fitter / Electrician / Electronic Technician)/ X pass with 5 years field experience in ocean related field. Experience in working in sea environment will be advantage; Pay Band: PB-1–Rs.5,200 – 20,200 + 1900.
