(Indian Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens for appointment in the Clerical cadre posts (Job role includes handling cash)).

• Date of Written Test: 22.08.2010

Educational Qualification: A pass with 50% or more marks in Higher Secondary examination of 10+2 of the 10+2+3 pattern / Intermediate / Pre University or Any equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking recognized by Central / State Government or UT Administration. (A pass in the examination for SC/ST / Ex-serviceman / Person with Disability) OR A Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Age limit: (As on 01.01.2010): Max Age 28 Years.

Scale of Pay: Rs.7200/- - Rs.19300/-

Application Fee (Including Postage Charges) (Non-Refundable):

1. For SC/ST/PWD/ EX-Serviceman: Rs.50/-
2. For all others (including OBC): Rs.300/-
3. Requisite application fee is to be paid at any of the branches of INDIAN BANK on or after 07.06.2010 but not later than 06.07.2010.

How to Apply: After filling in the details on the application form candidates are required to submit the application online and take a printout of the system generated application form immediately. The printout of the Application form must not be sent to the Bank. Original receipt of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written test.
