Junior Engineer (Civil): Posts: 376 (UR-133, SC-71, ST-15, OBC-157); Educational Qualification: 3 years diploma or Licentiateship in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised Institution or College of Military Engineering diploma in Civil Engineering or Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay Rs 4200.

Junior Engineer (E&M): Posts: 300(UR-152, SC-47, ST-22, OBC-79); Educational Qualification: 3 years diploma or Licentiateship in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recoginsed Institution or College of Military Engineering diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering; Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay Rs 4200.

Store Keeper Technical: Posts: 11 (SC-8, ST-1, OBC-2); Educational Qualification: Matriculate or equivalent, store keeping knowledge of stores relating to vehicles/ engineering equipments for 3 years in store establishment. OR Passed Class-II course for storeman technical as laid down in Defence service Regulation, qualification Regulation for Soldiers; Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs 1900

Draughtsman GDE-II (Civil): Posts: 34 (UR-21, SC-4, OBC-9); Educational Qualification: Passed 03 years Certificate / Diploma in Architecture / Draughtsmanship from a Recognized Institution or equivalent OR Possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training, Government of India, Ministry of Labour OR Passed Diploma Course in Draughtsman Estimating and Design from College of Military Engineering, Pune OR Passed 2 year National Trade certificate for Draughtman (Civil) and having one year practical experience in the trade; Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs 1900

Electrician: Posts: 100 (UR-29, SC-8, ST-16, OBC-47); Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. Must possess certificate of Electrician from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with 1 year experience/Passed Electrician Class-2 course as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, Qualification Regulation or soldiers; Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs 1900

Operator excavating machinery: Posts: 200 (UR-101, SC-30, ST-15, OBC-54); Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. Possessing valid heavy motor driving licence, ORPassed Class II course for Driver Plant Mechanical Transport as laid down in Defence Services Regulations, Qualification Regulations for Soldiers; Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs 1900.

Lower division clerk: Posts: 62 (SC-17, ST-31, OBC-14); Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. Must be able to type at a speed of 30 words per minute in Engilish or 25 words per minute in Hindi; Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs 1900.

• Candidates having domicile in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Sikkim, Assam and all other states of North- East region i.e. Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland , Arunachal Pradesh & Tripura will mention their Trade Test centre as Tezpur zone and forward their respective application to: Chief Engineer, Tezpur zone, HQ CE (P) Vartak, C/O 99 APO.
• All other states i.e Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Pondichery which are not mentioned in above zone ie Rishikesh zone and Tezpur zone will mention their Trade Test centre as Pune zone, and forward their respective application to: Commandant, GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune – 411015.
