Principal Scientist/ Agri. Process/ Food Process Engineering: Posts: 5; Educational Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Post Harvest Technology, Food Engineering, FOod Process Engineering, Agriculture Engineering or Food Technology or Chemical Engineering specialized in food process Engineering. Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 (min. Rs. 43000) RGP: Rs. 10000.
Bio-Chemistry: Post 1; Educational Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Bio-Chemistry or similar qualification preferably with academic work pertaining to food processing. Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 (min. Rs. 43000) RGP: Rs. 10000.
Agri. Process/ Food Process Engineering: Posts: 12 (UR-6, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1); Educational Qualification: (1) Master's Degree in Post Harvest Technology, Food Engineering, FOod Process Engineering, Agriculture Engineering or Food Technology or Chemical Engineering specialized in food process Engineering. (2) If Candidates with Doctoral degree in relevant subjects are available they will be preferred over the Master's Degree holders. (3) Desirable Qualifications: 1. Ph.D in the relevant field. 2. National Eligibility Test (NET) qualified. Pay Scale: 15600-39100 RGP: Rs. 6000
Agri. Entomology: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Agri. Entomology (specialization on Storage Entomology is preferred) (ii) & (iii) as above
Bio Technology: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Bio Technology, (Specialization in Food Processing area is preferred) (ii) & (iii) as above
Plant Pathology: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Plant pathology, (ii) & (iii) as above
Agri. Economics: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Agri. Economics, (ii) & (iii) as above
Food Science/ Nutrition: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Food Science and Nutrition
Bio-chemistry: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Bio- Chemistry (Specialization in Food Processing are is preferred) (ii) & (iii) as above
Post Harvest Physiology: Post: 1; Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Post Harvest Physiology, (ii) & (iii) as above.
